House Soccer Registration

  • Registration is ONLINE ONLY, do not mail in your application and do not drop the form off at Sportsplex
  • Checks payable to Northtowns Soccer Club -- Bank fees apply bounced checks
  • Registration fee is non-refundable
  • We will do our best to accommodate according to population and age
  • We reserve the right to combine age groups, assign team and field sizes and ask for a players proof of age
  • Requests are made at the TIME OF REGISTRATION ONLY in the request box below
  • Changes CANNOT be made to rosters once they are sent out for the session

Summer Outdoor (Ages 4-18) $90 per player (Must be 4 years old by May 31st)
Includes: jersey, shorts, socks, soccer ball, trophy, 4 pre-paid raffle tickets
Session Dates: 5/27/08 - 8/9/08 Registration Deadline: Sat 3/22/08
(10) practices at Fairmont Park or NT Middle School (Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday nights)
(10) Saturday morning games at NT Middle School
