Calao, Phil Bova, David Defrank, R. Zgolak, J. Lysak, George Pettapiece, Cheryl
Calkins, Nerio Ragou, Jorge Martinez, Jim Pokoj, Jane and Eric Wilson, and
others who did not sign in and names that I could not make out on the list.
Meeting called to order at
Meeting Minutes: I was on vacation in April so there were no
meeting minutes for the April meeting.
Treasurer’s Report: Don Rogers presented his monthly report. Total checking and savings account balance for
April was reported to be $118,715.20. Total
checking and savings account balance for May reported to be 127,602.30. Treasurer’s report
accepted. Hard copies of the reports are
in the meeting minutes archives.
House Report: Frank Huber reported the following:

Summer
registration thus far is 852 compared to 851 last year.
·
Travel coaches
will be controlling their raffle tickets distribution and payouts.
·
Travel uniforms
are to be ordered through the respective team coaches.
Travel Report: Glenn Dolata reported the following:

Glenn
appreciated the help he received regarding the field preparations. 24 cubic yards of fill was used to prepare
the fields. Glenn also appreciated the
teams staying off the fields. Striping of the fields is going well and for those assigned are
to remember that the fields must be striped on the weekend. Glenn is to be advised ASAP regarding
striping equipment problems or painting supply issues.

Corner flags
are available at Sportsplex by contacting Jerry Sullivan. Let Glenn know that you obtained them.

Check e-mails
regarding the status of shirts for the coaches.
·
Glenn indicated
that 4 or 5 NT Teams won their divisions during this past weekend’s
Fundraising:

Phil Bova will
again be doing the Chicken Barbecue this year.
Tickets can be purchased on-line for $8/each before June 2 and $9
thereafter. The barbecue will be from
·
Glenn indicated
that the golf outing is in August, will not interfere with the house program,
and sponsors for holes are still needed.
