Meeting called to order at
6:40 PM by Jerry Sullivan. Note: All
future meetings will begin at 8:30 PM unless otherwise indicated.
Reading of the November 9, 2006
meeting minutes were dispensed with, minutes accepted as is.
Treasurer’s Report: Don Rogers presented his monthly report. Total checking and savings account balance for
December 2006 - $68,592.40. Deposits are made and bills are paid to date. Treasurer’s report accepted. Copy of report is in the meeting minutes
archives.
Travel Report: Glenn Dolata reported the following:

Dave McMaster
will be the new travel coordinator.
·
Coaches should
review the BWNYJSL web site (www.bwnyjsl.org)
for the premier player policy.
·
Northtowns is
sponsoring a high school soccer training program at Sportsplex every Wednesday
for the next 10 weeks from 3:30 to 5 PM.
Cost is $100.
House Report: Frank Huber reported the following:
·
Saturday,
December 16, will be the last game for the fall house program. The next winter session has 275+ children
registered at this time and 40 children for the Snoopy Program.
·
Goalie camp was
successful and the next camp is projected for late February/early March.
·
Frank is
looking to acquire an autographed Bills football and autographed Sabres program
for raffling.
Fundraising
·
Glenn Dolata
emphasized the important fundraisers that are planned for 2007 to include the
food concessions at the Amherst and Hamburg tournaments, the chicken barbecue,
the pig roast, and the golf outing. The
call for volunteer assistance/support is very important.
PHIL BOVA AND TODD LEE WERE
PRESENTED FINE OUTFITS FOR THEIR RESPECTIVE CHICKEN BARBECUE AND PIG ROAST
COORDINATION AND COMMITMENT.

New Business:

Glenn Dolata
reported that the new complex committee spoke of brick selling for raising
funds with a sample provided. The next
committee meeting is Monday, December 18 at 7 PM at Sportsplex.

Glenn Dolata
has new shirts for the travel coaches.
·
Todd Lee
requested a tab on the Northtowns web site for trainer information. Frank Huber will investigate this matter to
see if the trainers want their personal information posted.
By-Laws:
Andy Constantino came up
with ideas, which further discussion is necessary.
