NORTHTOWNS SOCCER CLUB – December 13, 2007 meeting minutes

 

Board Members present: Jerry Sullivan, Don Rogers, Bill Weitz.

 

Club Members present per sign in sheet:  Julie DiMarco, Barbara O’Rourke, John DiVirgilio, Wendy Crossley, Tom Wackenheim, Dan Santangelo, Pat Glick, Bryan Russell, George Pettapiece, Phil Bova, Keith Held, Don Gunderson, Ryan Essenburg, David DeFrank, Jane Wilson, John Kornaker, David McMaster, Andy Constantino, and one name I could not make out.

 

Meeting called to order at 8:37 pm by Jerry Sullivan. 

 

Meeting Minutes: The reading of the November 8th meeting minutes was dispensed with and the minutes were accepted as written.

 

Treasurer’s Report:  Don Rogers presented his monthly report.  Total checking and savings account balance for December 2007 is $100,513.04.   As usual all bills have been paid and deposits made.  Treasurer’s report accepted. 

 

House Report:  Frank Huber was absent and Mr. Sullivan reported that the Winter B session will be larger than the Winter A session and the final day for registration will be December 22.

 

Travel Report:  Glenn Dolata was absent and Mr. Sullivan reported that there was no league meeting this month and the next meeting will be the first Thursday in January at Sahlen’s.

 

Fundraising:

  • Julie DiMarco expressed her appreciation to the teams that donated gift baskets and reminded everyone that the “Beer Blast” or “Parents Night Out” will be at Caputi’s on Sheridan Drive, Saturday, December 15 from 7 pm to 10 pm. 
  • Mr. Sullivan reminded everyone to review the on-line merchandise to support your team players and the Club.

 

Old Business: 

  • Mr. Sullivan indicated no changes regarding the Town of Pendleton property.

 

New Business:

  • Mr. Sullivan indicated that the holiday party will follow the January 10, 2008 meeting at 7:30 pm.

 

Note: Mr. Sullivan indicated that the training vouchers will be handed out next month.
